Older cyclist gets angry at young driver; both cited but
Cyclist claims driver almost hit him, driver disagrees, police have resolved A bicyclist found a driver on a road in Park City, Utah, after he felt a driver almost hit him. The driver then argued that he never came near the cyclist. Police responded to the scene, issued a citation, and the City Attorney's Office later resolved the matter. Drivers must share the road with a variety of other road users every day. These include motorcyclists, pedestrians, mopeds and bicycles, among others. What happens when drivers and cyclists have serious disagreements about potentially dangerous driving? Well, it just happened in Park City, Utah, and initially, both men went home with tickets. The thrill of being the fastest in this year's TVS Youth Media Racing Programme trials has faded. Now it's time to put on the gloves and get ready for a true test of mettle. Not only are the stakes higher, but the competitors have also stepped up their game. In my last report, I mentioned that my only goal in the YMRP 8.0 was to win. And I wanted to win. I had the fastest time out of the 39 competitors vying for a spot in the championship, but now it was time to prove that it wasn't a fluke.
