- A revamped version of the Suzuki Fronx will make its debut at the Tokyo Auto Salon.
- The Fronx Sea Bass Night Game concept adds off-road elements and special livery.
- It will also be joined by the Swift Sport ZC33S Final Edition and a range of kei cars.
Suzuki has announced its lineup for the 2025 Tokyo Auto Salon, the highlight of which is a Fronx-based concept car with an unconventional name. The Suzuki Fronx bass night game is themed “urban night fishing” and has a variety of off-road accessories.
The Suzuki Fronx is an urban SUV that shares its underpinnings with the Baleno hatchback. The Sea Bass Night Game Edition features a new set of wheels made from Yokohama Geolandar X-AT rubber. It also features roof-mounted LEDs, a roof box to carry extra gear, and a protective bar on the lower part of the front bumper.

The custom paint job combines black and lime green graphics with matching accents on the grille, bumpers and fenders. More durable paint on the plastic cladding, mirror caps and hood enhances the outdoor style. Judging from the concept’s name, we wouldn’t be surprised if Suzuki packaged it with fishing gear.
The company says the concept aims to make a “cool impression,” so we don’t expect major upgrades. The most powerful powertrain option in the front-wheel-drive-only Fronx is a mild-hybrid 1.5-liter gasoline engine producing 102 hp (76 kW / 103 hp).
In addition to the fishing-inspired concept car and the standard Fronx, Suzuki will display five other vehicles on its stand at the Tokyo Auto Salon.
The Suzuki Station Wagon R Smile European Vintage Concept is a cute version of the series car, adding floral patterns, a retro roof rack and different shades of pink. Three more kei cars will be added – slightly improved versions of the Solio and Solio Bandit, as well as a new generation of Spacia Gear.
Last but not least, the Suzuki Swift Sport ZC33S Final Edition will make its public debut at the auto show. The limited-edition hatchback will be the end of production of the older-generation Swift, with special exterior and interior trim.
The 2025 Tokyo Auto Salon will be held at the Makuhari Messe in Japan from January 10th to 12th.
