Nissan's mid-size SUV Magnite has surpassed the 150,000 mark in cumulative sales. The SUV, which was launched in December 2020, took nearly four years to reach this mark. Nissan Motor India sold 30,146 Magnite SUVs in the 2023-24 fiscal year and another 2,404 units in April 2024. After three consecutive months of decline in domestic sales, Nissan saw a slight recovery in sales last month, with 2,263 Magnites sold to family buyers (up 0.2% year-on-year). Meanwhile, exports stood at 8,361 units (up 336% year-on-year), bringing the model's total wholesale sales in August 2024 to 10,624 units.
