The event is the product of two enthusiasts: Le Mans champion Patrick Long and Southern California creative director and marketer Howie Edelson. Tired of the same old stuff, they came together to create a Teutonic automotive experience. “Air-cooled Porsche history is our palette, unique venues are our canvas, and you guys create masterpieces,” they say. Starting ten years ago in “a humble parking lot” in Venice, California, the team at Luftgekühlt has organized nearly 20 events around the world. “In everything we make, we strive to create an unparalleled user experience that delights through the intersection of authentic storytelling, engineering science, and creative art.”
