In addition to improved throttle response and optimized shifting, the upgrades significantly increase the 3.0-liter EcoBoost V6's horsepower and torque. Ranger Raptor owners will see a 12 percent jump in horsepower from 405 to 455 hp, and a 25 percent increase in torque from 430 to 536 lb-ft. We recently had the pleasure of working on two customer vehicles at the same time. One was a newly purchased Ford Raptor that we use as our daily/trailer, and the other was a track-ready 911 GT3 that was time to take care of both.
